Nov. 2nd, 2021: Both of my bikes have needed a new wheel recently. The beater bike got one from Ellen, who happened to have it sitting around. Cost me $40 and some stickers. Not quite new, but good enough for the beater bike. The road bike got a new wheel and a new tire from San Jose Bicycles. Probably spend $200ish before I left the place, but happy to have a good wheel on the front again. Digging the Revolutionary branding on my new tire.

May 21st, 2021. Bike Party had our first real ride since February of 2020. It was so good to ride with 1476 of my closest friends!

May 4th, 2021. Sold that silver Globe for the asking price of $200.

March 1st, 2021. Every year lately Taji 100 is a must do for me. Glad to say I got the 147.6 miles I wanted this year.

March 16th, 2021. Sad to report the USA's national debt is now above $28 Trillion. Some of us remember when it was a small fraction of that number.

April 7th, 2021. So happy my garden is waking up from its winter slumber.

February 23rd, 2021. Every day I make a pilgrimage to the Post Office. Turns out Castro St. is getting reestablished as a place to eat lunch out in the street. Don't want to spend time with all those eating people. So this is the parking lot view. Liking it more than I did when I started going that way.

January 20th, 2021. Just watched the USA's 46th President take office. I always start a new administration with a haircut.

December 25th, 2020. Hearing Christmas carols on the radio. Happy holidays to you and yours!
