As I type this, my tomato plant has one slightly redish tomato and many green tomatos on it. I'm looking forward to eating the red one as soon as it's ready. Hopefully I will also get at least some of the rest...

     

In the invitation to this event they promised "an aerial photographer". Truth to be told, it was just me on a 2nd floor balcony. To really get the perspective right, I'd have to have been much higher. A fish eye lens might have helped to. Despite it all, you can see that three dozen of my closest friends are "laying their bodies on the line" to spell out the need for impeaching the 43rd President of the USA and his Administration.

    

Have you heard about WorldWithoutOil.org? I met the guy behind it at the SVBC Bike to Work Day Party, and it sounds interesting. The idea is they are modeling what our world will look like without oil. Every day that passes represents something like a year of calendar time. You can watch things happen at a riveting pace.
