December 25th, 2020: Found these quarters in my change when I got chinese food at my favorite Chinese restaurant today. The combination chow mein that I got was delicious! Looking at that Earth Stewardship quarter, I'm like "Did the U.S. Mint really put out a Vernont quarter?" Happy Holidays!

December 13th, 2020: Found the aluminum foil on this chocolate amusing. Couldn't put that quarter in the laundry machine because it was too beautiful.

August 19th, 2020: The coin was part of my change from Bharat Bazar, where I went because Indian groceries have way better curry than Safeway for a lot less.

January 25th, 2019: It used to be that the green VTA line ended in Mountain View. Right at the end of last year they changed it. Now the green line only goes to Santa Clara. It makes sense, because it used to be that a huge heard of people would get off the green line train and get on the blue line train because they were going to Alum Rock. Now the only people from Mountain View that have to change are the ones going to downtown San Jose and points south, a much smaller population. The really exciting thing is that soon there will be connecting BART service on the orange line, four stops off the right end of the picture in Milpitas. Then using transit to go to Berkeley will make a lot more sense!
