Lal and Brandy are the expecting couple. It's the first time both of them. They have been going out for something like a year now. Tonia organized a baby shower for them, and by the time the kids were done wrapping presents there was quite a stack of things to unwrap.

Tonia and Bryant were hosts for the event. Tonia began the festivities by announcing Brandy and Lal would lead a game of mad libs where every word had to be somehow baby related.

Brandy did the honors. I can't remember anything except that the outcome was very funny, and we all laughed.

Then we had bottle races. First the juvenile division was won by Grace.

Then the adults took a turn. Lal won that one by a country mile. I bet he has been to quite a few baby showers.

Then the happy couple unwrapped gifts for a while.
