The contents of the bags were only the beginning. Each activist who had a station also put other things on the table that they had gotten donated from their network. REI was giving out warm skull caps. The Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee was giving out pieces of fruit and Mountain View bike maps. Everybody with a bicycle going by was offered whatever they wanted as a thank you for being part of the solution.

VTA was giving out schedules and showing people which routes might work for them. She was also giving out day pass tokens, one per customer.

The guy with the wheelbarrow style bicycle is an employee of the city of Mountain View. He wants the cycling community to come to this meeting where we will be creating the future of Mountain View by giving input on where we want it to go.

That sounds like an interesting meeting....
