First the opening speech thing. Reminded everybody "Stop for red lights!", "Have fun!", "Stay to the right!", "Don't get smashed!", and "Pack your trash!" Then I said a little more about that one. "We got a letter from Lunardi's asking us not to come back because we left too much trash behind. San Jose is big, but it's not big enough that we can alienate retailers with big parking lots.
