Mountain View has become a transit point for futbol fans going to San Francisco Bay Area Stadium. When there is a game coming up, every Caltrain follows a predictable pattern. As soon as it disgorges passengers a parade of them go to the light rail station next door.

I wasn't there for the train this time, so I just watched the parade in passing. It's amazing. Even a few years ago this many people putting their feet down in Mountain View just to change trains would have been unthinkable. This crowd was tiny compared to the ones that show up during the peak flow an hour or so before game time.

A crew from Indivisible Mountain View had spent the afternoon putting this series of messages on the sidewalks between the train station and downtown. I saw them doing it the other day and had to share their messages with you.

This one was hard to capture in one picture. Had to stich together the halves.

Each artwork was done by a different person. They weren't there that long.
