I'm trying to share the following little
speech with everybody I can:
I think as
a country our
problems are so big and so deep that the
only way we're ever going to solve them is for each and every one of us
to
take a personal responsibility for being part of the solution.
To show you
what I mean, just consider the problems with the way we use oil. Climate
change,
oil
wars, trade deficit and pollution.
I had to do
something. I made up this sticker.
I put one
on my own machine, and I started
learning how to drive
less. I'm still learning how to drive less, and I still use a lot less
energy than I used to.
One thing I
learned is that there are structural solutions in our economy, and the
only way to harness them is for each and every
one
of us to do their part. It's now been more than a year since I owned a
car. Please
do something.
Thanks,
Tian
Harter

Read this
if you need a long well written article to believe the climate change
issue is real.
It's
too easy to "not
get it" on this
problem...
How can I
help?
