The GROW working group is organized around "activators", people who have volunteered to do something. Dee Brady, the co-coordinator that wasn't there had been the activator behind the registration drive earlier in the year. The model seemed to be working well, in that another activator Laura Wells had created the Green Focus, which went came out regularly and was a valuable tool while she was working on it. The large attendance was probably a measure of the groups success.
