Just before lunch the kitchen was a hubbub of activity.

  

The big pile of greens had been picked the day before in Will Yeager's back yard. A lot of them went into the salad and the big pot of beans.

     

The fruit was organic, as were many of the other ingredients in our meals.

     

        

On Sunday morning we had Quinoa pancakes. They were good.
