I took this picture on Sunday 3/28/2004 at 11:28 AM, during a break in the action at the statewide Green Party meeting. I photoshopped and uploaded it the next afternoon. I vividly remember the meeting that we had about the public power issue inside the building shown back in 1997. One of the activists explained that PG&E supplies power in San Francisco in violation of some Supreme Court ruling made back before I was born. I gave many important people Climate Change reports at that meeting.

I had thought the Statewide Green Party meeting that happened that weekend was going to be in this building. Unfortunately, it was in the building next door which is also owned and run by the State of California. It cost us twenty minutes finding the place, even though it was a big building right across the street from this one. That building is not as conspicuous as this one.
