We got to the bank before the march. Grannie Ruth was sharing copies of the Stanford paper with quotes from her friend Grannie Gail. Click above to see it.

Wasn't too long before the march started to appear.

They were chanting and doing other stuff to get people to look up.


The gist of it was that they want us to stop enabling oil exploration by getting the bank to stop lending for that. They want people to cut up their Wells Fargo credit cards and move their business elsewhere.



        

Wondering if the name Wells Fargo is a clue to drillers "These bankers will go far for wells."

        

        

     

Somebody got on the mike to say "The ATM machines have been rebranded."

    

About then the marchers started heading out to the next bank on their list. I watched them go, trying to get pictures of the ones I missed while schmoozing around.
