I'd heard that there was going to be a protest march starting at the MLK Jr. Library. I was on the last leg of the journey to get there when I saw them going by out of the window of the bus. I got off at the next stop and ran to catch up with it.

There was a lot of chanting as we moved along. "Fund education not war", "Fund arts not war" etc., etc.

About the time I got here I started talking to this guy who had a story to tell. He gave me this writeup of it.

After the march got back to the library there was a bit of milling around and talking. Somebody gave me a press packet. Click here to read that.
