They tore down the racetrack to develop that area right when the economic bubble burst. Since then it's just been an eyesore.

I'm not sure if that is art or graffitti, but I like it.

  

     

  

I'm thinking "that market really is the world for the guy behind the counter." It has been in the Mission for years and years...
