Saturday after lunch there was a press conference, where these Greens that have been very sucessful electorally spoke. Matt Gonzalez (left) is currently President of the Board of Supervisors in San Francisco. That is the second most powerful postion in that city. Rebecca Kaplan is involved with Oakland politics. This is the National Delegates dinner on Saturday evening. The guy standing is Michael Borenstein, whose name comes up a lot. When this picture was taken I was at the Country Gourmet, down in Mountain View with another batch of people about the same size. The only peices of paper we had before us that evening were family pictures being passed around and comment cards, which the waitress wanted us to fill out for her.
