I remember the grey eyed woman in the
white hat being a Dutch vegetarian. I talked to her for quite a while.
About when that conversation ended center camp turned into a big church.
This gospel choir led us in a Sunday
service.
Things were just a little off from the normal church version. For
example, we
passed around these big plates of brownies instead of doing the bread
thing. They did have a goblet of some liquid going around to, but it
never got to me.
The five sisters led us in a song. Then
the raver talked about giving up her father's ashes at the temple. The
leader of the choir said a few words about how we all need to pull with
everything we've got if the USA is going to go in a more sustainable
direction. It is necessary work, so take that burner energy back to the
default world and make it better! Then she led us in a couple more
songs. That was it.
The blonde with the black bag was
handing out Otter Pops. How she managed to have totally frozen
confections on Sunday is a miracle of technology to me. I enjoyed the
one she gave me.
This was the only shower in Green
Tortoise camp. That silver lining was all about light proofing the tent
so she could day sleep. I gather for her burning man is all about the
all night dancing.
I remember the woman in blue being an
English woman from France. She exuded this "I'm enjoying the moment"
vibe all the time.
